Train Clara, and a redesigned app
New
- Train Clara: Clara now tells you what she was missing on real calls. Each card sits on your Business tab, grouped by what it is about (pricing, scheduling, callbacks and a dozen more), and turns into an instruction with one tap.
- Photos in text messages: pictures a customer texts you show up right in the thread, and open fullscreen when you tap them.
- Additional Instructions is free: everything you want Clara to know now sits alongside your greeting and questions, on every plan.
- Call back from your phone’s own call log: returning a call from your recent-calls list goes out through your Clara number, not your personal one.

- A redesigned app: new surfaces, buttons and cards across every screen, and confirmations that slide in as a toast instead of stopping you with an alert.
- Receptionist and Settings live in Business: one tab now holds how Clara works and how the app behaves.
- Transferred calls play in full: when a call moved between people, the recording plays every leg of it back to back.
- A faster Customers list: search and filtering happen on our side now, so a list of thousands opens as quickly as a list of ten.
- We ask before you lose work: leaving your greeting or an instruction mid-edit warns you first, and sharing your Clara number sends a short message with it instead of a bare number.
Fixed
- Calls no longer get stuck: sessions that went quiet recover on their own, and the iOS freeze after a missed call and the Android disconnect are both gone.
- Archived inquiries stay out of the Home screen stack.
- Selection checkboxes on Archive and Spam no longer hold on to an old selection.
- Instruction rows stay tappable after you close the editor.
- Unanswered calls no longer offer a play button for a recording that was never made.
- Wording and translation fixes across French, Portuguese and Spanish.
