You can update your payment method at any time from the Clara app.
How to update
- Open the Clara app
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Payment Method
- Tap Update and enter your new card details
- Save
Your new payment method will be used for all future charges.
Supported payment methods
Clara currently accepts:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
We plan to add additional payment options in the future.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we’ll retry automatically over the next few days and notify you in the app. If payment continues to fail, your service may be paused until the issue is resolved.
