You can configure Clara to only answer calls during specific hours — for example, outside your normal working hours, or only on weekends.
Setting a schedule
- Open the Clara app
- Go to Settings → Call Hours
- Toggle on Schedule mode
- Set your preferred active hours for each day of the week
When Clara is “off”, calls will ring through to you as normal.
Use cases
- After hours only — Clara answers from 6pm to 8am on weekdays, and all day on weekends
- Lunch break — Clara covers 12pm to 1pm so you can take a break
- Always on — Clara handles every call, 24/7
Overriding the schedule
You can temporarily turn Clara on or off at any time using the toggle on the home screen, regardless of your schedule.
