If you’d like to permanently delete your Clara account and all associated data, you can do so from the app.
How to delete your account
- Open the Clara app
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Confirm by entering your password
- Tap Delete permanently
What happens when you delete
- Your subscription is immediately cancelled
- All call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are queued for deletion
- Your account data is permanently removed within 30 days
- Your Clara phone number is released
Can I recover my account?
No. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure to download any call data you want to keep before deleting.
