Clara isn't collecting all the details

If you’re finding that Clara’s call summaries are missing information you expected, here are a few things to check.

Check your question setup

Go to Settings → Questions in the Clara app and make sure all the questions you want asked are listed and marked as required.

Caller behaviour

Sometimes callers hang up early, speak very briefly, or don’t answer all questions. Clara can only collect information that the caller provides.

In the call transcript, you’ll be able to see exactly where the conversation ended and what was said.

Audio quality

If a caller has a poor connection, Clara may not be able to transcribe their answers accurately. Check the transcript for any gaps or unclear sections.

Adjust your greeting

If callers seem confused or impatient, try shortening your greeting or making Clara’s opening question more direct. A simpler start often leads to more complete conversations.
